Responsibilities & Context
Ensure that the operation and maintenance of the electrical equipment are going as per the standard procedures or guidelines set by the manufacturer.
Conduct regular inspection on electrical systems, equipment and control devices in different work place at the plant to identify hazards, defects and take corrective measures accordingly.
Identify the faults & trouble shoot the problems using the drawing of the electrical equipment or machines.
Ensure preventive maintenance of all electrical & electronic devices in process and prepare proper plan for running inverters, motors, electrical panels etc. to reduce electrical breakdown.
Prepare technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems.
Maintain liaison and coordinate with the production department to support uninterrupted production..
