Additional Requirements

Assist Engineers in identifying appropriate tools and equipment to improve work methods and productivity.
Assist the Engineer in optimizing the maintenance schedule and give feedback on the effectiveness of preventive maintenance activities.
Overall responsibility for Operation & Maintenance Services, Maintenance planning, implementing & maintaining maintenance management system.
Participate in troubleshooting and failure analysis to ensure that the problem doesn’t repeat.
Execution of scheduled, routine, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
Coordinate with other maintenance supervisors for smoother execution. Report work progress and budget matters to authority.
Should be able to maintain and operate the generator from time to time.
Must be able to maintain re-wires, adjust, and install control panels & voltage regulators.
Basic knowledge of industrial electrical or electronic equipment like Inverter, PLC, etc.
Any other task assigned by management.
