Additional Requirements

Age at least 25 years

Basic knowledge on Sub-station, Generator, Lift, Fire protection system, internal electrification system, HVAC, Pump, Vertical transportation etc.
Strong computer skills in MS Excel, MS Office , MS Power point and other important computer software knowledge to operate the operations & CAD
Prefer to have experience in Real Estate industry in Bangladesh or international minimum 1 to 2 years in electromechnacical department.
Must be well known to Office – Microsoft Office, Power Point
Must be well expert of Microsoft excel.
Must have experience of business communication – e-mail communication.

Responsibilities & Context

Assist and learn the basic electro-mechanical functions of the company.
Assist department to accomplish different types of projects and task for the electro-mechanical project development and infrastructure development under the scope of electrification of different projects.
Assist of all type of electrical works at the construction project sites as per drawings Study and prepare specifications of all type of EME works like sub-station, generator, electric pump, lift & escalator (Vertical Transportation), central air condition (HVAC) etc.
Check & Report of all types of bills of EME works of the site Check & Report of requisition of EME materials Check & Report of MRR of EME materials Assist to finalize design & drawing related decisions with the approval of respective consultant/ management Coordinate and assist with Head of EME Department for decisions & other problems related to EME of the site Check and ensure the quality of EME materials before use Assist the electrical work to ensure that it is executed to the correct line & level that the materials & workmanship comply with the specification Monitor & check the electrical works, methods & workmanship Attend EME works to ensure the workmanship and training time to time.
Assist to Estimation the Preliminary cost of EME works Assist to finalize detail BOQ with project estimation of EME works Assist to finalize detail MOQ from BOQ for controlling the consumption of electrical materials Assist to estimate BOQ for labor cost and time to time check in field actual work Assist to Control material consumption at site (cost control) as per MOQ Assist to estimate Rate analysis for any item of electrical works Must be able to create different types of electromechanical report for different purposes.
