Responsibilities & Context
Job Location: Uttara, Uttarkhan.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all electrical systems, machinery, and equipment in the factory.
- Ensure smooth operation of generators, compressors, sub-stations, boilers, and other utility systems.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and ensure minimal breakdown time.
- Support new electrical installations, wiring, and load management as per factory expansion or modification needs.
- Monitor and record electrical power consumption and suggest energy-saving measures.
- Assist in planning and executing electrical safety programs and ensure compliance with BNBC, BERC, and company standards.
- Prepare and update documentation related to electrical safety, load balance, and compliance reports.
- Attend and actively participate in buyer and third-party compliance audits (e.g., Nirapon, RSC, ACCORD, Alliance, etc.).
- Ensure all corrective actions related to electrical safety audits are properly implemented and documented.
- Coordinate with production, utility, and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted operation.
- Comply with all factory safety and environmental policies
