Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Experience
- At most 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), IT Enabled Service, Shipping, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Packaging Industry, Cement Industry, Cement, Steel
Additional Requirements
- Basic proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, Creo, or similar) is a must.
- Understanding of engineering fundamentals – materials, mechanics, thermodynamics, basic electrical circuits.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination ability.
Responsibilities & Context
- Support the design, development, and continuous improvement of switches, sockets and LED products.
- Prepare and update technical drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
- Work closely with production, quality, procurement, and marketing teams to evaluate product feasibility.
- Lead and support product verification and validation testing to meet safety, performance, reliability, and compliance standards.
- Identify and resolve design or process-related issues during development.
- Optimize designs for performance, safety, durability and cost-effectiveness
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new products from concept to mass production
- Analyze test data, document results, and suggest design modifications.
- Closely merge with foreign market as well as local market to launch the right product at the right time.
- Closely work with R&D & Operation team to ensure the right product.
