Additional Requirements

Operation and monitoring of injection molding machines- Mold setup and changeover procedures
Knowledge of plastic/resin materials (e.g., PP, ABS, HDPE)
Basic mechanical troubleshooting
Machine parameter setting and process optimization
Understanding of part defects and corrective actions

Assist in setting up and operating injection molding machines and related equipment.
Monitor production processes and ensure parts meet quality standards.
Support mold changeovers, machine adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
Maintain production documentation and report any abnormalities to the senior engineer or supervisor.
Work closely with the maintenance team for preventive and corrective maintenance of machines.
Ensure proper handling and storage of molds, tools, and raw materials.
Collaborate with the quality department to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Help optimize cycle times and reduce material wastage during production.
Follow and enforce all safety and housekeeping standards in the molding area.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training activities.
