- Training on MTCNA and in-depth hands-on experience on Mikrotik devices will get preference
- Good communication skill and teamwork
- Able to work in roster schedule including night shift
- Must working experience in ISP/IIG
Responsibilities & Context
Stardust Telecom Ltd. is looking for an Assistant Engineer – NMC & Tech Support for MiME – ISP operations.

- Routing and Switching Configuration with Core/Access Network.IP, Core, Backbone managing and configuring.
- Taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault.
- Respond to customer requests for technical issue resolution by phone and email.
- Advance knowledge of BGP, OSPF, MPLS, STP, RSTP, MSTP.
- Configuring and installing various network devices and services.
- Monitoring network performance and ensure system availability.
- Incoming/Outgoing Call handling for Reseller customer as well as trouble ticket maintaining.
- Communicate with Upstream provider and liable vendor to ensure services availability.
- Raise trouble tickets to vendors and following up.
- Network Documentation maintain with sincerely.
- Prepare and Provide Daily/weekly/monthly network performance report.
- DDOS Notification closely Monitoring and take initiative step.
- Ability of Clients Internal Network Device configuration such as OLT, Switch, Router with different vendor.
