Additional Requirements

Ideal Candidate should have the skill, sufficient engineering knowledge and expertise on modern Steel building solution having, thinking and innovative ideas.
Managing and interpreting client requirements, calculating client quotations, negotiating contract terms & conditions.
Co-coordinating sales projects, solving client problems & offering after-sales support services Searching for new clients and visiting potential clients.
Developing and maintaining existing relationships with clients, set up sales network.
Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
Proposal document preparation & checking;
Work with design and marketing departments for overall updates, procedure changes or development and resolution of issues; Build a strong relationship with the customer.
Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
Any other responsibility and maintenance of register as assigned by the management.

Sales commission 0.2% conveyance, provident fund & other facilities as per company standards.
