In-depth knowledge of Google Docs and Google Sheets with complex formulas is highly required.
Knowledge about OMR Technology.
Written and verbal skills in English & Bengali should be good.
Typing speed minimum 35 WPM in English and 25 WPM in Bengali.
Problem-solving capability along with having the attitude to work as a team.
Have to be polite, honest, sincere and hardworking.
Have to be self-motivated, positive & sacrifice-minded.

We are looking for energetic candidates involved in Networking, IT Support, Software and Client Management.

Install, configure and maintain computer networks.
Direct assistance to the in-house users along with troubleshooting.
Set up Operating System, Application Software, Scanner and Printer.
Set-up & configure MS SQL & My SQL server.
Assemble computer hardware.
Prepare all reports through Microsoft Office (advanced in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Prepare and maintain daily, monthly & yearly task reports by Google Docs, Google Sheets etc.
Demonstrate, Install and provide training on software at clients’ premises.
Client support over the phone, online i.e. Teamviewer, Any Desk etc. or physical visit.
Involvement in equipment movement during and after projects.
Occasionally have to stay outside of Dhaka during projects.
Maintain office inventory with proper documentation.
Maintain a good and sound environment of the office premises.
Any other related task assigned by the mentor.
