  • Good presentation/facilitation skills (case study, success story, events reporting, project reporting, meetings, workshops, seminars etc.

Responsibilities & Context

Saic Group contributes their effort in large scale in the education sector in whole Bangladesh. Almost One Thousand (Administrative + Academic) staffs are employment under SAIC Group. And about 15000 Students continue their study under Saic Group. We are looking for an Assistant Executive/Executive – Job Placement for SAIC College of Medical and Technology (Dhaka) and Anowara Educational Institute (Dinajpur) who will be able to analyze the Market Demands and supply of our eligible students accordingly. He will work to ensure quality placements to all of our valued students. His major responsibility would be ensuring better placement opportunities for all students having Engineering and Medical background and to fulfill all the associated tasks related with pre and post-placement. He should perform a mix of career counseling and related duties to coordinate with the institution’s staffs and students. He must travel to visit potential employers, attend hiring events, and visit renowned human resources teams according to action plan.

  • Provide career counseling and guidance to students, helping them identify their career goals and develop job search strategies.
  • Conduct workshops and seminars on resume writing, interview preparation, and professional networking to enhance students’ employability skills.
  • Foster relationships with students to understand their individual career aspirations and provide personalized support throughout the job placement process.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with employers to create internship and job opportunities for students.
  • Collaborate with employers to understand their hiring needs and preferences, matching them with suitable candidates from our student pool.
  • Organize career fairs, employer information sessions, and networking events to facilitate interactions between students and potential employers.
  • Assist students in identifying and applying for internship, part-time, and full-time job opportunities aligned with their career interests.
  • Coordinate with academic departments to ensure that students are equipped with the necessary skills and qualifications for their desired roles.
  • Track and analyze job placement data to assess the effectiveness of placement strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of student placements, including job offers, acceptances, and rejections.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing job placement outcomes and trends for management review.
  • Manage job placement-related budgets and resources effectively to support program objectives.
  • Arrange workshops and seminars with the employers, arrange job fair and ensure promotional and branding issues of the organization.
  • Create the industry relationship for all branch offices.
  • Arrange the quality placement in home and abroad for the students who have passed or yet to pass.
  • Prepare and conduct MoU with the various relevant industries of Bangladesh.
  • Submit the monthly report to the management of all branch offices.
  • Arrange industrial attachment training & Industrial tour for students.
  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
