Responsibilities & Context

Learning & Development:

  • Work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholder to co-ordinate and organized best programs that aim to bridge current skills gaps and ensure the talent pool is equipped with the right skill set to support the achievement of current and future business requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to the below key functions pertaining to the Learning and Development pillar to support the management in achieving its set.

objectives:

  • Plan and execute the training needs identification process for cluster/ plant through competency assessments.
  • Plan fulfillment through design coordination and implementation of development programs
  • Liaise with the heads of departments/HR business partners to identify specific need and ensure selected candidates attend programs
  • Maintain a comprehensive internal and external trainer pool
  • Continually enhance trainer pool capabilities through train the trainer programmers to deliver best in class training facilitators to the organization.
  • Timely and accurate completion of all system work
  • Update and maintain Learning & Development related records, system/manual
  • reports, cluster calendar and monthly dashboards
  • Coordinating with internal finance and service providers in seamlessly processing all training related payments on time.

Performance Management:

  • Ensure timely completion of the goal setting and appraisal process within the stipulated time frame by executing the following tasks.
  • Coordinating with heads of departments on the performance appraisal process
  • Work with HR and Management to meet the internal and group time frames.
  • Liaise with the central team on system issues and follow set direction to resolve issues in a timely manner

Skills & Expertise

Excellent Communication in English

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

Good at MS Office package
