Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:

Truce Beauty Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Executive to support sales, promotion, and marketing activities for our beauty and skincare product line. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online and offline sales, coordinating with influencers and vendors, and supporting digital marketing initiatives. This role also includes managing promotional campaigns, arranging podcasts, and increasing brand visibility through innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Truce Beauty products including sunscreen, eyeliner, lip balm, facewash, toner, and creams through online and offline channels
• Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Coordinate with social media influencers for product reviews, unboxing, and collaborative content
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations
• Help organize promotional events and marketing content, including planning and arranging podcasts and live sessions
• Monitor online sales performance and provide reports to the team
• Engage with customers through social platforms and respond to inquiries and feedback
• Contribute to the development of creative content ideas and brand-building activities
