Responsibilities & Context
Bashundhara Oil and Gas Company Ltd. (BOGCL), a subsidiary of Bashundhara Group, is looking for a competent candidate for the Position of “Assistant Executive/ Sub Assistant Engineer- Store”.
- Receive materials and store them systematically.
- Check the quality of received materials.
- Physical inventory counting, cycle counting, ensuring SOPs & operational processes are being followed.
- Distribute store materials to concern units as per requisition.
- Prepare material requisition and proceed further.
- Safety stock monitoring & maintain.
- Ensure proper delivery of materials.
- To maintain FIFO&LIFO when issuing materials.
- Keep proper records of received stores and keep track of surplus stores/materials.
- Generate reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
