Responsibilities & Context

End User IT Support:

  • Provide comprehensive IT support to end-users across multiple locations. Like; Factory, Head Office

Desktop, Laptop, and Printer Support:

  • Provide Technical assistance and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and printer solutions

CCTV Camera Support:

  • Provide all-encompassing support and monitoring for CCTV cameras

Network Support:

  • Address and resolve network-related issues to ensure seamless connectivity.

Internal Software Setup:

  • Set up and configure internal software systems to ensure optimal functionality.

Attendance Device Support:

  • Manage attendance device and server-related support, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

Complaint Handling:

  • Respond to and resolve IT-related complaints via calls and emails, delivering timely solutions.

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets inventory, tracking procurement, deployment, and disposal.

Operating System Setup and Configuration:

  • Configure and maintain Windows and Linux OS systems across various departments.
