Summary

Education

Master’s degree preferably in social sciences or relevant professional degree preferably from a reputed university.

Additional Requirements

Skill and Competencies:

Experience: 2 years of experience is preferable, but freshers can apply.
Good communication skills.
Community mobilization.
Capable of working under pressure.
Good command on MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook and other relevant computer skills.
Have strong team working skills and a collaborative approach to learning, both face-to-face and remotely to implement project activities.
Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsible for:

Supervision of Learning Center and provide hands on support to teachers and facilitators.

Activities:

Conduct child survey and identify eligible children for Educational Facilities.
Prepare Monthly Action Plan and Implement it accordingly.
Implement Educational Facilities Activities in the camp.
Supervise teachers and provide onsite support.
Assess material and repair needs and make sure the availability.
Identify weakness & gaps and take necessary step to improve the situation.
Ensure regular educational Facilities visit, monitor program activities and provide continuous support directly to the teacher.
Pay home visit for absent students.
Liaison with parents, community and Site Management Offices.
Prepare and submit report to FO.
Inform/share any new information sensitive to the project implementation with supervisor.
Ready to work in any circumstance or emergency context.
Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
