  • Directly report to the Operation Head and Management, ensuring all preopening activities align with strategic goals.
  • Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring readiness and operational efficiency for a seamless guest experience.
  • Collaborate with various departments to establish operational processes and service standards for the preopening phase.
  • Manage vendor relations, procurement, and facility readiness for the hotel opening.
  • Monitor compliance with international brand standards, local regulations, and operational policies.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the preopening team to deliver exceptional service and achieve project milestones.
  • Ensure timely delivery of operational goals and resolve any challenges during the preopening phase.
