Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and implement strategic operational plans to optimize logistics and courier services.
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure alignment with company goals and KPIs.
  • Analyze and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve operational objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental guidelines.
  • Oversee customer service teams to maintain high standards of service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer retention and resolve escalated complaints.
  • Track and analyze operational metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
