Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR strategies to ensure they are aligned with the company’s overall business objectives and growth plans.
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process by overseeing job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring of qualified candidates to meet organizational needs.
  • Manage performance management systems, ensuring regular evaluations, goal-setting, and feedback that drive employee growth and organizational effectiveness.
  • Ensure that all HR practices comply with national labor laws, company policies, and regulations while monitoring any changes to legal requirements.
  • Address and resolve employee grievances, foster healthy employee relations, and mediate conflicts to maintain a productive and harmonious workplace.
  • Identify training needs, design and implement development programs, and create opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and advance in their careers.
  • Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they attract, retain, and motivate top talent while maintaining budgetary control.
  • Monitor workplace health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and promoting a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.
  • Prepare and manage HR budgets, control costs, and allocate resources efficiently while ensuring smooth operations of the HR department.
  • Promote employee engagement, motivation, and recognition programs that support high performance to cultivate a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
