Trading or Export/Import, Market Research Firms, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Additional Requirements
- Proven experience in international/overseas marketing or export business is a strong advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS, and international trade compliance.
- Willing to travel locally and internationally.
Responsibilities & Context
- Lead and manage the domestic and international sales & marketing team.
- Design and execute strategic marketing plans for both local and overseas markets.
- Identify and develop business opportunities in export markets.
- Build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and distributors.
- Oversee product promotion, branding, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Conduct international market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for smooth execution of export orders.
- Represent the company in global trade fairs, exhibitions, and online marketplaces.
- Regularly report performance to senior management and suggest actionable improvements.
