Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Marketing; MBA preferred.
• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) is a plus.

Experience

• At least 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies, Power

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate B2B business development and minimum level of project operation .
• Strong expertise in compliance and documentation for large-scale companies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context

• Communicate project status with customers, provide regular energy generation reports, and gather feedback.
• Supervise and guide the team to maximize solar plant efficiency and ensure optimal energy generation.
• Drive revenue collection process and ensure bill collection for OPEX model solar plants.
• Ensure company compliance by managing documentation and renewing all necessary certifications from government authorities.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with local authorities, utility companies, private entities, financial institutions, investors, and buyers.
• Oversee power purchase agreements and EPC contracts, ensuring industry-standard terms and necessary contractual protections.
• Manage all contract documentation in alignment with company policies and commercial objectives.
• Monitor project quality and ensure proper placement of branding materials.
