JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Construction and Maintenance:
- Supervise construction projects, maintenance, and renovations of park infrastructure.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of park facilities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
2. Project Management:
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for civil projects.
- Coordinate with external contractors, engineers, and architects.
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
3. Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and legal requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs.
- Serve as a liaison with local authorities and community groups.
- Participate in strategic planning meetings and contribute insights and recommendations.
5. Leadership and Development:
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of civil maintenance staff.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the civil maintenance team.

- Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in civil engineering and construction management.
7. Infrastructure Development:
- Collaborate with the design and development team to conceptualize and execute new construction projects.

- Implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and minimize downtime for civil maintenance activities.
