- Proven working experience in leading Finance & Accounts department for 5 years in the same position.
- Sound knowledge on VAT & Taxation, Account finalization, Vendor management & Bank transactions handling, Invoicing, Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable, Financial Reporting, Forecasting & Cost Control.
- Proficiency in the use of Office Management (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point).
- Ability to work as a strong team player.
- Ability to work under pressure and flexible to work long hours.
- Needed strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

We are currently looking for an experienced Deputy General Manager/Assistant General Manager for our Account & Finance department with the following job responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all financial transactions within the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial documentation, including vouchers, cash books, bill registers, general ledgers, and other financial records, ensuring accurate system postings.
- Manage and review office maintenance costs on a weekly and monthly basis, and develop corresponding budget forecasts.
- Prepare annual financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), including project costing analysis and margin evaluation.
- Ensure that all financial statements adhere to ISO standards and manage the company’s credit rating process.
- Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate the auditing of financial statements and address any incidental matters.
- Possess a thorough understanding of import/export letters of credit (L/C), B2B L/C, proceeds realization, loan management, and adjustments.
- Prepare monthly bank and loan reconciliation statements and maintain expertise in banking, taxation, VAT, and other regulatory compliance requirements.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering professional growth and enhancing team performance.
- Promote a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between the finance department and other organizational departments.
- Conduct activities as provided by the Management.
