Additional Requirements

  • Age at most 45 years
  • Should have at least 03 years of experience as Assistant General Manager/Deputy General Manager in HR , & Admin Group of Company.
  • The candidate should have experience in Admin, HR & Compliance of reputed Footwear industry.
  • Sound knowledge on SEDEX, BSCI, ISO,HIGG, LFMEAB, Factories Act, Fire prevention and Fire Fighting law relevant to Footwear sector.
  • The candidate should have practical experience on labor law 2006 & amendment in 2015/2018.Proficiency in writing English & Bengali.
  • Should be outspoken, smart, strategic thinker·

Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan.
  • Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization, as and when they occur.
  • Prepare HR strategy aligned with the organization’s functional strategy and develop HR policy.
  • Make sure to recruit the right person in the right place for the group through the management of HR team. Design the employee benefit and compensation program of the group.
  • Handle the grievance and disciplinary issues of the factories.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures or SOPs complying with local Laws in line with organizational objectives.
  • Maintain discipline of the personnel irrespective of the ranks and status.
  • Motivating personnel towards discipline and make employees pro-active.
  • Monitor Supervise & Coordinate all administrative, transport & overall logistics issue as per policy.
  • Manage the grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and ensure proper discipline in the factory.
  • Supervising Attendance & Leave Management, Disciplinary issues.
  • Solve any disputes arises in the factory on priority basis.
  • Arrange recruitment of factory workers and organize the training accordingly.
  • Follow up and resolve all sorts of compliance related issues of the factory.
  • Ensure salary in time and welfare in needs.
  • Take corrective action and monitor all corrective measures as advised by the buyer/compliance auditors.
  • Monitor the security & safety issues to keep the premises safe & secured.
  • Maintain liaison with local, civil administration and maintain public relation with local elites political and non-political about the matters related to factory.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of factory/office while in operation and off the operation·
  • Ensure security of men, materials and machines.
  • Liaison with related concern like compliance auditors, Fire & Civil Defense, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station etc.
  • Perform any other work as assigned by the management from time to time.
