Responsibilities & Context
- Design and drive our HR strategy and culture transformation.
- Lead Talent Management (Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Succession Planning, Employee Retention, Employer Branding etc.)
- Ensure HR compliance, operations, and internal communications.
- Deliver meaningful employee engagement and recognition programs.
- Manage disciplinary issues & employee grievances.
