Responsibilities & Context
DERA Resort & Spa (Assure Tourism Ltd) is a sister concern of ASSURE Group, is successfully operating two government-approved 5-star resorts; one located at Ghior Manikganj and the other at Inani, Cox’s Bazar. The group is looking for an Assistant General Manager/Manager, Sales & Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare annual Sales plan and develop strategies to achieve the target.
- Tracking sales trend & suggest corrective actions.
- Work with the top management is policy formulation.
- Work closely with the sales force and monitor their day-to-day performance,
- Train the sales force regularly to improve their performance at the desired level.
- Supervise the sales team to fulfill the monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management.
- Monitoring the competition and analyzing competitors’ strategies.
- Tracking competitor’s movement & analyzing the market.
- Implement effective marketing and promotional plans.
Workplace: Work at office and sales visits at Dhaka, Chattogram and Cox’s Bazar.
