Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for dynamic and energetic Assistant General Manager (Marketing) who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate industry.

Job Responsibilities:

Business Development Responsibilities.

  • Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services.
  • Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities.
  • Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with current clients.
  • Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients.
  • Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends.
  • Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them.
  • Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning.
  • Managing and training a business development team.
  • Collaborating with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met.

Land Responsibilities:

  • Adequate knowledge on RAJUK (DMDP) approval matters, especially calculation of land properties, registration rules, Floor Area Ratio (FAR), Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney and other legal issues etc.
  • Acquainted with land in all prime locations in Dhaka and adjacent areas and other major cities in Bangladesh.
  • Proper understanding on Land Development for Joint Venture.
  • Capable to review and evaluate land values for procurement.
  • Capable of doing feasibility study regarding procurement of land.
  • Capable of prompt and careful handling with the Land owners.
  • Liaison with various Govt. and Non-Govt. authorities.
