  • Age at most 45 years
  • 12+ years of experience in sales management, with a strong track record of success in the health sector (Pharmaceuticals sales / Hospital / Diagnostic sales).
  • Capable to lead a nationwide sales team and able to achieve company sales target, company objectives and goals.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare market and sales processes in Bangladesh.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities & Context

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with AKS Healthcare’s business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Identify new market segments and business opportunities to expand the company’s footprint.
  • Set sales targets and performance goals for the sales team, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages continuous improvement.

Market Analysis and Business Development:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
  • Use market insights to develop and refine sales strategies, ensuring the company remains competitive.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.

Sales Operations Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the sales department, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Marketing, Operations, and Finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure that the sales team provides excellent customer service and maintains high standards of professionalism.

Budget and Financial Management:

  • Manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor sales expenses and ensure they are within budgetary constraints.
  • Report on sales revenue, profit margins, and other financial metrics to senior management.
