Additional Requirements

At at least 3 years in Managerial role in a manufacturing environment (preferably textile).

Oversee the operations of General Store, Chemical Store, Yarn Store, and Spare Parts Store.
Ensure the proper receipt, storage, and issuance of inventory in compliance with standard operating procedures.
Supervise store personnel to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Ensure the on-time availability of items as per requisitions and indents from respective departments.
Coordinate with the procurement team for the timely purchase of required materials.
Prepare and present analytical reports, including stock levels, consumption patterns, and inventory turnover, to management for decision-making.
Monitor item-wise aging of inventory and provide actionable recommendations to reduce excess stock and obsolete items.Identify and clear unnecessary or obsolete items from the stores.
Coordinate with relevant departments for selling very old or excess inventory to recover costs.Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
Develop and implement inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage and ensure optimal stock levels.Lead, train, and motivate store teams to achieve departmental objectives.
Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Continuously improve store management processes, including storage practices, inventory tracking, and inter-departmental communication.
