Responsibilities & Context
Lead and supervise overall mechanical, electrical, utility, maintenance, and technical operations.
Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery, equipment, utilities, and facilities.
Oversee technical operations related to Cold Storage, Frozen Food Factory, Fish Processing Plant, Shipyard, Fishing Vessels, Jetty, Water Treatment Plant, Machine Room, Rest House, Staff Canteen, Security Infrastructure, and other facilities within the complex.
Plan and monitor maintenance schedules, technical projects, renovations, installations, and utility management.
Ensure maximum equipment efficiency, workplace safety, cost control, and uninterrupted operations.
Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, vendors, and service providers.
