Inspect classrooms to ensure high-quality teaching.
Distribute and oversee duties related to school programs.
Maintain disciplinary standards for both teachers and students.
Monitor student progress through lesson plans.
Step in as a teacher during emergencies, as needed.
Setting the school’s goals and objectives and taking steps to achieve them.
Conducting efficient management among school teachers and school students.
To maintain proper schedule implementation of classes and teachers.
Ensuring teacher and student discipline. Ensuring counseling of teachers and students as required.
Annual evaluation of teachers. Formulating and ensuring implementation of school policies.
Ensuring implementation of all types of school development.
Creating a safe environment for school students to learn.
