Education

Additional Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant field in a commercial gym setting, Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in a university gym setting.
Relevant professional certifications (e.g. BFTA, CPR or any other specialized training courses) are highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a thorough understanding of exercise science, nutrition, and gym equipment maintenance, and the ability to provide personalized fitness plans and guidance.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the supervision and management of gym facilities and equipment.
Provide guidance and support to gym members in the use of fitness equipment and exercise techniques.
Conduct fitness assessments and develop individualized training programs.
Ensure the cleanliness and safety of gym areas and equipment.
Monitor gym activities and maintain a positive environment for all members.
Assist in organizing fitness classes and events.
Maintain accurate records of member attendance and progress.
