Experience: Proven experience in hotel pre-opening and operations, particularly in the Cox’s Bazar market.
Brand Standards: Strong understanding and commitment to adhering to the international hotel brand’s standards and guidelines.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges effectively.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve common goals.

Pre-Opening Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a detailed pre-opening IT preparation plan.
Set up and configure IT infrastructure, including network, servers, and workstations.
Implement property management system (PMS) and other relevant software.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
Train staff on systems relevant to pre-opening and operations.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement.
Establish cyber security and data protection policies.

Operational Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth operation of IT systems, addressing guest and staff technical issues promptly.
Monitor IT infrastructure, implementing regular upgrades and maintaining data security.
Train staff on the effective use of IT systems for daily operations.
Collaborate with management to enhance guest experiences through innovative technology solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies.
