Position Overview: We are looking for a talented and energetic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to create engaging social media content. This role involves supervising daily restaurant operations, managing our social media presence, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

Location: ECB Chattar, Dhaka.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience.
• Assist in managing staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring all team members align with operational goals.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and care.
• Manage City Kebab and Café’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Create engaging social media content, including posts, reels, and stories, to promote the restaurant’s offerings.
• Take high-quality pictures and videos of menu items, the restaurant’s ambiance, and events.
• Collaborate on marketing and promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Maintain and promote hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards within the restaurant.
