Well Communication skill in English (Written & Speaking).
Conduct meeting with valued clients like Bank, Financial Institution.
Typing speed: Minimum Bangla-30 words and English-35 words per minute.
Email Communication skills.
Presentation skills.

Job Context

MARS FINANCIAL AND LEGAL CONSULTANTY (MARS FLC) is an international standard legal solution based Contact Point Verification and debt recovery agency as well as Law Firm.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team to achieve agreed business target.
Create and maintain effective business relationship with the business stakeholder especially with Banks, Financial Institutions.
Ensure clients services within agreed time frame.
Evaluate your staffs’ performance in every month including yourself and submit report upon evaluation to hire Authority.
Plan, organize, execute and supervise implementation of goals.
Supervise, motivate and monitor team performance.
