Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to support our online business operations. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day e-commerce activities, optimizing product listings, and driving online sales across multiple platforms.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Assist in planning and executing e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility.
• Manage and update product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images on company website and marketplaces.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor and report on website performance, traffic, and conversion rates using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop promotional campaigns and content.
• Assist in inventory management, forecasting, and demand planning.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage inquiries, reviews, and feedback across digital channels.
• Stay updated with e-commerce trends, competitor activity, and platform updates.
