Responsibilities & Context

• Prepare different product training presentation module ·
• Different program arrangement ·
• Provide product training workshops specific to state/regional localization requirements ·
• Maintain new training content for products and processes and ensure that it is kept up to date with changes in product or process. ·
• Identify KPIs and monitor, evaluate, and record training activities and program effectiveness ·
• Design, develop and documentation to support knowledge sharing programs · Responsible for all aspects of planning, leading, and organizing employee technical product learning programs ·
• Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design. ·
• Continuously revises courseware plans to meet developing training requirements to keep technical information current ·
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for clients and internal teams. ·
• Create training materials including manuals, e-learning modules ·
• Conduct live training sessions, both in-person and online. ·
• Collaborate with product managers to stay updated on new features and updates ·
• Gather and analyze feedback from training sessions to improve content and delivery ·
• Social Media work, prepare contents of different company news & articles-post & edit ·
• Event management work(coordinate with different vendor/responsible person) ·
• prepared report (based on Training & Market Analysis report) · prepared bill (related to program & training)
