Responsibilities & Context
- a. Knowledge of Financial Statements and Balance Sheets.
b. Practical knowledge of receipt payments and fund management.
c. Ability to operate Accounting Software.
d. Bank reconciliation, journal vouchers and recording all accounting information and others.
- a. Practical knowledge about PI collection, price negotiation, LC opening, LC amendment, document endorsement and releasing goods from the port.
b. Foreign communication through e-mail regarding product shipment, LC payment according to LC terms and LC amendment.
c. Keeping LC files separately.
d. Communication with CNF and having proper knowledge of SRO to minimize the import duty.
e. Bank correspondence regarding commercials and accounts.
