Responsibilities & Context
1. Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS, management reports, and business dashboards.
2. Manage sales, stock, and inventory reporting, including dispatch, reconciliation, and dealer stock control.
3. Prepare product costing, budgets, and variance analysis to support financial planning.
4. Oversee treasury operations, including payment approvals, bank reconciliation, LC management, and banking activities.
5. Maintain fixed asset records, inventory aging schedules, and other financial reports.
6. Calculate sales incentives, depot commissions, and other financial provisions.
7. Ensure data accuracy, financial compliance, and adherence to internal control procedures.
8. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve financial reporting and operational efficiency.
9. Prepare board meeting presentations, conduct internal training, and participate in inter-departmental meetings.
10. Perform any other finance and accounts-related responsibilities assigned by Management.
