Experience

  • 5 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments, Hotel, Resort, Club

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Flexible to work during weekends and holidays·
  • Strong computer skills, teamwork, flexibility, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities & Context

  • Proficient in both spoken and written English, with strong skills in drafting SMS, letters, etc.·
  • Attend the Club according to the schedule fixed by the Management.·
  • Experienced in HR and administrative work.·
  • Provide support to the Manager, and provide support in responsibilities including but not limited to payroll, recruitment, salary, benefits, etc.·
  • Maintain and update personal files and all other documents of the Club employees.·
  • Maintain daily attendance of all employees and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).·
  • Conduct employee detailed performance appraisals, disciplinary procedures, event management, etc.
  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management
