Responsibilities & Context
OFMA Camp Ltd. A Leading sleeping bag manufacturer is looking for sincere, self-motivated and result oriented applicants as below.
- Ensure recruitment, selection & placement of required workers & staffs as per approved HR Policy
- Ensure overall factory operations and HR & Compliance related activities.
- Ensure compliance with buyer’s code of conduct within factory premises
- Keep the factory ready for any type of audit / visit and prepare & implement CAP (Corrective Action Plan) within deadline.
