Proficient in HRIS technologies, HR automation, and analytics tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional leadership abilities, with a track record of managing multiple HR projects.
Strategic mindset with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Oversee end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, operations.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems that align with organizational goals and legal compliance.
Prepare and manage the annual HR budget in alignment with organizational financial plans.
Utilize HR analytics to drive data-informed decisions for workforce planning and operational improvements.
HR Automation and Systems Management:Lead the implementation and optimization of HRIS technologies and automation projects.
Coordinate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of HR technologies.
Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.
Prepare and submit detailed internal and external HR reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies and manage reporting requirements.
Lead cross-functional HR projects and deliver strategic initiatives on time and within budget.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement organizational strategies.
