Responsibilities & Context
Job Context: We are looking for dynamic and self-driven professionals for our audit department as Asst. Manager. The successful candidate should have sound knowledge over textile & garments operations in performing audit.
Job Responsibilities:
- Verify civil construction, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering requirements at site.
- Verify the volume of civil construction jobs done at site.
- Verify procurement related documents(e.g. PR, CS, bill etc.) for following items:
- Civil construction related items
- Mechanical engineering related items
- Electrical engineering related items
- Monitor consumption status of above items.
- Verify physical stock of above items on regular as well as need basis.
- Audit approval of various expense bills on hardcopies as well as in the software.
- Summarize working files, identify valid observations, prepare the draft report, and share it with the supervisor for finalization.
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor/ management.
