Responsibilities & Context

Purpose:

The primary purpose of this role is to streamline and automate the operational processes within the commercial division. This involves:

  • Requirement Gathering: Collecting requirements from all departments within the commercial division and creating a detailed scope of work aimed at process automation.
  • Interdepartmental Liaison: Acting as a liaison between various departments within the organization as well as third-party vendors.
  • Project Launch: Taking responsibility for the initiation and execution of various commercial automation projects.
  • Business Understanding: Gaining a deep understanding of business fundamentals and operational processes and translating these into detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for all stakeholders across the company and third-party vendors to facilitate solution development.

Job Responsibilities:

This role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Business Requirement and Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of business requirements and associated data to identify needs for process automation solutions. Perform detailed analysis of transactional reports and field force activities and identify gaps to optimize operating procedures.
  • Problem Solving: Identify specific business challenges and devise effective solutions in collaboration with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders. Strategize to enhance business operational processes.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Engage with senior management and other stakeholders to provide insights based on data analysis. Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Project Management: Provide support in managing selected projects. Coordinate with various departmental teams to enhance productivity.
  • Documentation: Develop clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation to ensure effective communication of project details.
  • Performance Analysis: Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to facilitate understanding of development and solution effectiveness against digitization objectives. Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to drive improvements.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional departments and divisions, to secure necessary approvals, establish alignment, and ensure project completion.
  • Automation Identification: Identify opportunities for automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Data Discovery and Modeling: Analyze various data sets, conduct data discovery, and devise corrective data modeling strategies to improve solutions.
