- Work on Civil Compliance related works (RSC & Audit, BNBC and others)
- Estimate BOQ & Costing
- Oversee and verify all types of labor bills & ensure proper documentation
- Manage and supervise interior-related construction jobs
- Oversee day-to-day civil maintenance activities
