Additional Requirements
Must have knowledge of building construction compliance with RAJUK-approved designs and regulations, including permissible number of floors per Katha (Far) as per applicable laws.
Responsibilities & Context
- Supervise the survey work and plot demarcation accordingly.
- Ensure Beautification of the project.
- Control & check all building construction in project as per Govt. rules & approved drawings.
- Check whether the building construction is being carried out according to the RAJUK-approved design as per the regulations, and as per company Guidline.
- Monitoring weekly/monthly/yearly Construction work against approved business plan.
- Prepare all types of report and statistical data.
- Keep communication and maintain liaison with Planning Head.Manage the problems arised suddenly in the project.
