The applicants should have experience in Project Management.

The Applicants should have experience in Industrial Construction, preferably in Knit Dyeing and Garments Factory Construction.

Able to work under pressure.

Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects from inspection to completion.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines; make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project delivery.
Supervise a large number of laborers and subcontractors.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, performance, and other relevant metrics.
Proficient in AutoCAD.Possess strong computer skills, especially in MS Office packages.
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for construction projects.
Ensure site safety for construction and workers.
Implement measures to control wastage at construction sites.
Assist senior engineers and provide guidance to junior engineers.
Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills.
Exhibit strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Perform any other tasks assigned by top management.
