Responsibilities & Context

• Sourcing new supplier for raw materials and spare parts.
• Follow up shipments arrived in port, take updates of assessments and clearance for all the shipments arrived with enlisted C&F.
• Initiate the process for arranging spare parts from foreign suppliers and complete all the steps related to this till the end.
• Follow up and ensure on time delivery at factory from port by communicating with the transport agency.
• Have sound Knowledge of International and Local laws regarding imports to Bangladesh. Adequate Knowledge about H.S. Code, L/C Clauses, PSI, Customs and bonded warehouse matter, Custom Audit, Bill of Lading and other shipping documents
