Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a professional Assistant Manager Commercial who is willing to demonstrate their skills and perform functional responsibilities for the development of our industry.

Responsibility :

  • Responsible to manage all commercial activities.
  • Prepare all Commercial Export documents bill of exchange, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Buyer Packing List, Truck challan, Beneficiary Certificate, Shipping Bill etc. and others documents prepare for Buyer, Customs and Bank purpose.Should have knowledge regarding all incoterms related to LC.
  • Communication with the Bank for AllĀ  Export activities, Loan Sanction, Renewal & Repayment, LC, Purchase, Maturity Payment & Collection.
  • Operations regarding HS code, Customs Act, Export Policy, Insurance and other related laws applicable for Import & Export.Prepare Estimated LC cost (TTI & others cost) before Capable of doing works related to C & F agent & Buyer.
  • Follow up export relative all activities, with bank for LC open, Payment and document collection etc.
  • Handling C&F agent for related Export matter Deal with L/C, Shipments and Payments. Maintain & Update all Business Documents in time.
  • Communicate with Bank, Forwarder, C & F, Transport agent & WarehousingPrepare LC margin & LC statement.
  • Collecting of LC Performance report from Bank.Prepare B2B & Local LC Documents.ERC & IRC Works.
  • Company Others facility : Lunch partially subsidiary & Transport facility.
