Requirements
Education
- Masters degree in any discipline
- Master’s in any discipline/ EEE, Mechanical engineer preferable.

- Age 30 to 35 years
- Minimum of 5-10 years experiences in safety management of garments industry.
- Thorough on RSC standards and knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context
- Communicate and identify potential safety hazard in respect of RSC guideline.
- Flow up RSC observations prepare CAP & communicate to case handlers.
- Conduct safety audits, hazard assessments, and inspections to identify potential safety risks and hazards.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs and materials for employees to increase safety awareness and reduce accidents.
- Investigate and report on accidents, injuries, and near-misses, and take appropriate actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Keep up to date with safety legislation and regulations, and ensure that all recommendations are implemented to meet the required standards.
- Collaborate with team members, departments RSC & others stockholders to ensure that safety issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and records, including incident reports, safety statistics, and training records.
- Conduct periodic safety meetings to review safety performance, discuss safety issues, and recommend improvements.
