We are looking for a highly ambitious, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager in Corporate & Retail Sales. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, building client relationships, and taking on challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT products and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve corporate and retail sales targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT products sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and retail clients.

Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.

Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.

Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports for management.

Stay informed about new products and services in the IT industry.

Conduct market visits, client hunts, and create market opportunities through regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients.

Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Represent the company in external communications with clients.

Follow up and coordinate with other departments related to sales orders.

Daily and regular reporting to management on sales activities and performance.

Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and operational budgets.

Generate leads for new customers and onboard new sales areas/outlets.

Meet individual sales targets to contribute to monthly and yearly team targets.

Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the management team.

Collaborate with marketing and other teams to develop promotional campaigns and strategies.

Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.

Set clear goals and objectives for the team and monitor progress.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
